Training
Professionally versed in film, stage, television, dance and voice in Orlando, Los Angeles, and NYC— most notably with New York Master Instructor, the late Jim Bonney (JimBonney Studio, MeisnerPlus Technique and The Actor's Studio - NYC) and the late Yvonne Suhor (of Art’s Sake Film Acting Studio).
Additional acting training includes Ricci Mann, Ryan Smith (of MADTV) at SAK Comedy Lab, and Jim Helsinger with the Orlando Shakespeare Theatre. Dance training includes: the legendary "Doctor of Jazz" Frank Hatchett & Sue Samuels of Broadway Dance Center, Olivia Gale, dance extraordinaire of On Stage Studio & (formerly Trish Sie's) The Zebra Room, and Edith & Bill Royal of the Royal Ballet Company. Voice study with Broadway vocal instructor, Mary Rogers (NYC).
She is a SUNY Empire State graduate in Community & Human Services with a focus on Human Development, concentrating specifically on Mental and Behavioral health (including Trauma-based Healing). These attributes are reflected in her unique Creative & Self-Development coaching style in both Acting and Non-Acting studies. JJ guides you to become and BE a better Human and Artist by guiding you to enlightening discoveries and vital truths about your-SELF.

Credits include Award-Winning Tim Burton’s #1 box-office film Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, Award-Winning series Mad Men, her portrayal of Aileen Wuornos in TLC’s Angel of Death: Aileen Wuornos, as well as several indie films, short films, and stage credits in NYC, LA & Central Florida, including her favorites: Elizabeth Proctor in The Crucible , April in Shanley's Savage in Limbo, and 'Woman' in Rhea MacCallum's Exceeding the Purchasable Calories (Play de Luna 2018, Best Actress Nominee).
